About the Campaign

The Real Warriors Campaign was established in 2009. The Defense Health Agency’s Psychological Health Center of Excellence manages the campaign. Real Warriors helps service members protect their mental health and empowers them to take action to support their team. Campaign priorities include:

  • Educating service members about healthy coping habits
  • Sharing the early signs of stress, anxiety, depression, and other mental health struggles
  • Offering information about the signs that suggest someone may be struggling with their mental health and providing clear ways to help

Join the movement for better mental health.
